Wedding Planning
Full wedding planning is comprised of everything included in Wedding/Day of Coordination in addition to months of planning and perfecting prior to your big day.
Assistance with wedding budgeting is also available.
Every wedding is unique and wedding planning is entirely based on what you, the bride and groom want us to do to make your day memorable, enjoyable and relaxed.
The list is not exhaustive but some of things you may wish help with are:
- Assist you in choosing a reception venue.
- Choosing a photographer & if required a videographer.
- Book a piper if required
- Recommend cake designers
- Arrange flowers for the bridal party, buttonholes for the grooms, decorations for the ceremony & reception.
- Decide on transport for the wedding party in keeping with the theme. Plus transport for the guests from the ceremony to reception venue if required.
- Sourcing stationery, sending invitations, monitoring RSVPS & co-ordinating the table plans. Sourcing accommodation for your guests, sending out directions & booking rooms as required.
- Assist in the choosing of table decorations & bridal favours.
- Source the evening’s entertainment.
- Your dream dress & organising appointments & fittings for you & the bridal party.
- Sourcing the dress hire for the men in the party, collecting before & returning them after the wedding
- Sourcing your headdress & jewellery to compliment your dresses
- Organising your hair & beauty trials & making appointments for the big day
- Provide a “Powder & Puff” service for your female guests
- Assist you in choosing gifts for your attendants & flowers for your mothers/female relatives
