Newly Engaged? How can Entwine help you?

If your Christmas or New Year holiday included the BIG question being popped and answered (with a YES), then congratulations, let the journey to wedded bliss begin.

So now your engaged, what next?

You are probably still feeling a heady mix of exhilaration and excitement, with a little bit of ‘what do we do first’?

Take some time to enjoy the moment before you, or anyone else tries to throw you headlong into wedding planning mode, there’s more time than you think, unless you are in a real rush!

Most importantly, start as you mean to go on.  Make those all, important decisions together.

There will be many things to decide when it comes to your big day:

  • When will your wedding be?
  • What type of ceremony do you want?
  • What type of venue do you want?
  • Do you want your ceremony and reception in the same place?
  • What is your budget?
  • How many people will you invite?
  • Will you elope!!!

Here at Entwine we can help to answer some of these questions.

When and where you want to have your wedding will dictate much of everything else that follows.  Your venue is a crucial element of your overall plan and it is important to visit several to get a feel for how they would fit in with your overall vision.  And, be sure to plan for wet weather if an outdoor venue is your preference.

Where to have your ceremony?

Anywhere.  It’s a new decade, go for it, let your imagination run riot and make sure that t is reflective of both of you.

There are zero restrictions with an Independent Celebrant ceremony, allowing couples to have a more personal and unique celebration wherever they wish to have it, outside of the legal registrar requirements.

Legal Stuff

Your Celebrant ceremony does not have to take place in a licensed space, you simply separate the two legal parts of your day (your declaration and paperwork signing) and your vows, rings and anything else you wish to include (all the bits everyone loves, laugh and cry at!) for your wedding ceremony.

Don’t let the addition of the separate legal requirement stop you from having the wedding ceremony of your dreams.

Be the envy of your family and friends.  Do something completely different, in an unusual setting, maybe even with the sun setting!
