Living Funerals

I often hear people saying at funerals ‘I wish I’d had a chance to tell her I was sorry’, or ‘I wish I told him that what happened years ago was water under the bridge’.

A living funeral does not replace a traditional funeral and they both serve different purposes.

As a celebration of life, a living funeral is particularly fitting for someone who may soon die from a terminal illness.  It is a difficult, emotional time for the loved one and all around them, family and friends. It is an opportunity to say heartfelt goodbyes and also to offer well wishes, not just to the loved one who is dying but as support to family and friends who will be left behind.
